Today I had the pleasure of taking my dog in and getting the amazingly professional and helpful assistance from Arthur -- he was wonderful. And my dog, who doesn't normally warm to strangers, adored him and gladly took a treat (keeping her social distance, as per the sign on the floor). Note: I have run across one very rude person at this store in the past, still working there I believe, which left me reluctant to visit (instead, ordering online, from various vendors, as I'm sure quite a few customers would have done) -- Yet TODAY we ventured in, and had a wonderful experience to be greeted by someone as helpful and lovely as Arthur was. So thanks for looking after my dog -- and for your expert information and assistance, which was extremely helpful and excellent customer service.

They had one jar of Derma care cream left and the staff kindly put it away for me so I could collect it . They are terrific there
Visited the Brighton store as I had a $10 voucher. Found the staff to be attentive and very knowledgeable and even making suggestions for cheaper alternatives. Left as a happy customer
Petbarn Brighton has staff who are very helpful, compared to other Petbarn stores. I have been to other Petbarn stores and some of them (like Mentone) may be much bigger, but their customer service is dismal.
The staff at Petbarn Brighton always offer to cart heavy bags of cat litter and pet food to the customers' cars. Very helpful over the phone as well. Store manager Zoe is efficient, organised and has an excellent team. Car parking in the area may be inconvenient at busy times, but I would rather visit and purchase from Petbarn Brighton for the customer service that I receive.
I bought a couple of toys and some medication for my cat. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and able to help me with everything I needed. The store was tidy and a pleasure to shop in. Signed up for a membership and will definitely be back.
